Where can I get some heavy medication?
For flying? My Dr. doesn't prescribe anything strong enough.
Should I try a psychiatrist?

Im surprised your Dr wont prescribe xanax or klonopin for you-they would both be helpful. My pcp prescribes like its nothing. IF you only need one pill ( i know this may sound horrible)but maybe ask someone you know for one or 2.

I already tried xanax and valium. He will not go up in dosage or whatever it is. But what he gave me did nothing

My doc give me a low dosage of Xanax which doesnt do diddly for me so I just take 2 pills instead of the one.
A psychiatrist is more than likely going to want to evaluate you before they give you anything.

It's annoying..I can't stand flying and I travel 40% of the time on biz

you don't need a psychiatrist. a CSW or psychologist should be able to help you if you really want to get into it. Your regular doc could give you something like xanax or dramamine to get you sleepy and help you sleep through it.

What if you take a Benadryl and knock yourself out ?? - Not a long term solution I know, but it could work, and you won't need a script -

hmm I dont agree with the benadryl thing--heres why--if u are terrifed sometimes -actually most of the time it does the opposite and u are wired and petrified...I am a bad flyer--trust me..
I am convinced we are going down on EVERY FLIGHT!
