or like small pails..i need like 24 or so....like less than 99? i looked at oriental trading but it'll come too late..

Target has them with the shovel attached for $1. Michaels often has them too this time of year and you could use a coupon.

I just used these for DD's 1st birthday favors. They had them back in April at the Dollar Tree, and at Michael's. I ended up using the ones at Michael's, which cost a little more, but I had a coupon and liked the colors better.
