when your DC started walking - what size shoe did they wear?
I saw the cutest shoes for DD, but I'm not sure what size she will be when she starts walking.
I vaguely remember DS wearing a 5.5 when he just started walking.
Should I get a 6 to be safe?

I think that's hard to guess. DS was a 4.5 when he started walking at 10 months. He just moved up to a 5.5 at 14 months.

AJ was a 4
I don't think I could guess. Each kid is different and all.. who knows when they decide to walk, what kind of shoes they'd like (I got lace ups and she HATED them).
I had pumas, nikes and converse that I need to now get rid of, never used because AJ didn't like them. *shrug*

I think both my boys were around 5.5W. DS1 didn't walk til late 13th month/14.
Colin was between 12-13 months.

DD was a size 4.5 at 11 months old when she started walking. We had her measured at stride rite... a little over a month later she was already at a 5.5.

DD was a few days shy of 10 months when walking. She was a 3.5w at Stride Rite. Now at 12 months she's 4w
she has fat feet lol

DS wore a 4.5 wide when he was walking/holding on at 11m old and was just measured to be a 5.5 wide at 16m old.

I just ordered these in a 6 from Zulily, just to be on the safe side.
I think I vaguely recall DS being a 5 or 5.5 when he started walking so, maybe she will have biggish feet too.
