90 days is what it should take. If you close in under 120- that's good.

under 45 days. 45 days was when my rate lock expired and I refused to pay to have it extended.

about 6 months  We applied in August, and we're finally closing tomorrow! We had been told it would take about 4 months. We're happy to be done with it. It was really pathetic of the bank to have taken that long.
