when you are o'ing
to you bed everyday or every other day? im doing it every day is that bad?

i'm not sure jules- i've heard ppl say every day is bad and every other day should be used---- but then i've heard people say they've done every day. wish i was more help!

I think if low sperm count is an issue, they say the every other day is actually better b/c it allows your DH to sort or recharge.

In my experience, since we didn't have MF issues, everyday was fine. When we had the back to back IUIs, DH's count was double the second day.
