When U roast corn on the BBQ...
do U keep the husks on?
I never did until recently..and boy, are they delish!!

yes...I actually wet them down first and wrap in tin foil for the first 15 mins. Then I take them out of the foil and put them back on the grill for another 10 mins to cook the rest of the way through.

Yes, we also soak them in water for 30 minutes prior to grilling.

just throw them in a pot with the husks on and let them soak? then just put it like that on the bbq or wrap the corn with husks in foil then on the bbq?

Exactly. I have a tall pot that I put the corn in and soak. I soak for at least 30 minutes but sometimes and hour if time allows. Put them on a papertowel to dry the outside a little and put on grill. I never wrapped them in foil as the husks does the same thing the foil would do.

I do something similar. I wrap the corn with a wet paper towel and rub with butter before wrapping in tin foil.
