When to test?
So this is the first month ever that I am going to test (well except for one time when I was like 7 days late - tested BFN - and then got my period like 30 minutes later...).
As of right now, I am 5dp5dt. I am trying to be optimistic, but also realistic. Our egg quality was not the best, but I guess the doctor thought they were good enough to put back so I have to have a little faith. Unfortunately, the other 3 embryos we had remaining degenerated, so we have nothing left for a FET  I was crushed to find that out. I am only 30 years old so I am not sure why the embryo quality was so poor. All of my hormone levels are normal during all baseline tests. I responded well to the meds, but I am not looking forward to another ER.
Anyway, back to my original question: when can I test? My Beta is not until Monday morning (11dp5dt.)

You can test tomorrow but that might be a little early. If you can hold out until 7dp5dt that would be idea.
Was it your egg quality that was low or was it the embryo quality?

From what I know now, it is an embryo quality issue. If this doesnt work, I will investigate the issue further.
We are using my DH's frozen sperm with really bad numbers in terms of motility and morphology. I was just hoping ICSI would get around that....

I ask because DH has severe MF and we did IVF with ICSI, too. Our embryos looked great on day 3 and then slowed down on days 4 and 5. Ultimately, the IVF cycle did not work for us. But I ask because the poor quality embryos were due to the sperm, not the egg. Egg DNA carries the embryos from fertilization through day 3. On day 4 sperm kicks in. It may be a case of sperm quality, not egg quality for you.
Regardless, I hope your cycle worked!

My first IVF I had what seemed like bad embryo quality also, that cycle didn't work and none of our embryos made it to freeze. I am 32 and all my hormone levels were normal too. But our 2nd cycle had the opposite results....bfp and 8 embies frozen, so you never know...don't get too discouraged yet
