When to set things up?

I'm 36 weeks and I've only done the stroller. Pretty much everything else is put together from #1. The only thing I havent put together is the PNP since she'll be sleeping in our room, oh and put the base for the car seat in our car.

How far in advance are you going to set things up?

I come from a long line of superstitious Jewish mothers, so I'm not setting anything up until the baby is born!

I put together the stroller, crib, and PNP...at almost 37w, we STILL haven't put in the car seat (I know, we're cutting it close). I'm not sure what else that is big that we would still have to set up though. It's all just little things now, such as sterilizing bottles!

we have the swing, bouncy seat and stroller ready to go. we need to install the carseat this weekend (i'll be 37w Saturday)

the nursery has been set up for a little over a month now.

all of the wash is done. still have to sterilize bottles, binkies, etc.

i felt it was better to get everything done as early as possible and i'm glad i did bc just going to work and cooking/cleaning up dinner is enough to put me to bed at 8pm every night.

The car seat is not put in the car. We just unpacked that yesterday. We still have the bottles and pacifiers to be sterilized. We just received the Rock and Play today, so I might nudge my DH to do that tonight... tee hee.

A few more things need to be washed.
