When it comes to holiday/birthday gifts...
do you drive your self crazy with wondering if the person you are buying for will like it? I do it every year and it makes me nuts. I also have this problem where I feel weird having the person only open 1 gift. Anyone else nuts like me

I am the SAME way. It drives my DH crazy lol.
We had to take DS to a birthday party for his classmate. It took me almost 2 hours in Target trying to decide what to buy this child. I wanted to be sure they would like it and not just toss it aside. DH is like just get anything we don't even know him.  I wish I could make it that easy lol.

It sounds bad, but no, not anymore.
I used to. I used to spend hours, go out of my way for gift giving.. but then after I realized that the same effort wasn't reciprocated, I stopped worrying about it.

I have worried so much about giving the right gift in the past. But I find I am becoming a little jaded. Others don't seem to put in as much thought or effort as I do. So I've become a little more relaxed about it lately.
