When I give cheese for the first time what kind should I give?
Is there a specific type you are supposed to give first or any I should avoid?

When I give cheese for the first time what kind should I give?
I know for us, we did American so that daycare could give her mac and cheese but I don't think it matters..DD loves cheddar and mozzarella more than American..LOL...

We started him on the organic mozzarella string cheese. Now at 15 months he loves american, mozzarella, cheddar, and swiss.

No idea if you are supposed to start with something specific, but we started with string cheese, then american, then cheddar and I think that's all we've done so far!

i think i started him with american and mozzarella. i believe it should be a soft cheese
