when does the m/s stop???

aughh i am almost 17 weeks and still having m/s, around 14-15 week it started to get better and then the holidays hit and it got worse! I went from all day nausua and vomiting only in the AM, to all day and night nausua and vomiting 2-3 times a day,.
last night was horendous and i am so tired and sick today i took my first sick day for the m/s (i really didnt want to do that either but DH insisted). I am so miserable and uncomfortable and my gyn cant do anything (she wont give me meds b/c i can keep some things down). I told my DH that i cant have this for the next 5 months
i also told my mom that i think this little one in me wants to be an only child (she thought that was hysterical)b/c i dont know if i can go through this again esp b/c this one will be a toddler. atleast now i have no one to take care of and my wonderful DH is being a saint and taking care of me.

I feel your pain. Im on Zofran now and Im 18 weeks, still thoriwng up and naseaous....

I have been out of work almost 13 days since Oct. And had to take FMLA for it ...

I hope yorus gets better soon.

Have you tried Zofran? OR talked to your Dr about it? I can keep some things down too and she put me on it. I would be ok for like a week and then REALLY REALLY bad for a while. Even When I was only throwing up like 1x a day, she still wanted me to take the Zofran 3x a day.

i am going to give it till friday if it still this bad i will def ask about zofran, does it really work well for you? or is every day different?

I am 23 weeks and I still have it... Its not soo bad but I do get it once a week.

Im almost 24 weeks and still have it. I am on Zofran too, once a day now though.

I can say it does work for me and when I haven't taken it in over 24 hours (like today) I am miserable. I haven't been able to keep anything down, I actually threw up while eating a PLAIN BAGEL!

Anyway, I would ask your doctor about. I hear it doesn't work for everyone, but it is worth a shot.

I am almost 18 weeks and still get sick in the morning, I dont think it will ever go away for me
