When does braxton hicks start?
I never really felt or had last time-- today a lot of the day, and right now-- I have been feeling a tightness and hardness. I am 25 weeks.

I just asked my dr that because I thought I felt something too recently (22 weeks) She told me you can have them all throughout your pregnancy. I never had them with DS either so i'm still not sure if that was even it this time..

I'm having them much more with this pregnancy as well. They started around 21w I think.

With # 2 I felt it very early - around 16/18 weeks. So weird.

I had them when I was in my late 20 weeks, early 30 weeks with DD...it was over the summer...
This time I had some a few weeks ago, when my Dad passed away. I think all of the stress brought them on. My stomach would get so tight and I had some cramping. I'm thinking it was probably braxton hicks. I was around 16 weeks pregnant.

I had them alot last pregnancy. It started around 24 weeks. Make sure you stay hydrated.
I'm 20 weeks now, and think I'm starting to feel them, but they are really mild as of right now.

Last time, they started for me around 26 or 28 weeks. This time, they started much earlier and I have them much more often (which I have read and heard from my OB is totally common for second pregnancies). I started feeling them around maybe 23 weeks or so this time.

With my first DS I never had 1!
With DS2 I started having them by 23/24 weeks, and had them regularly until DS was born at 39 weeks.
