When do you usually buy hanging flower baskets?
I've been looking to buy them for the last couple of weeks, but I feel like it's still too early. it gets really chilly at night and I don't want them to die from the cold.

Last year I bought them around now and they lasted the whole spring/summer.
THe place where I usually get them doesn't have them yet though (a local farmers market).

my parents own a garden center.. they usually tell people that mother's day is safe to have all the flowers outside. up until then we could still have a frost, which could hurt them.
BUT... sometimes they'll "let"  customers take hanging baskets earlier, and just keep an eye on the temps. because hanging baskets are easy to bring inside if we were to have a frost or super cold temps one night...
