When do you start decorating for Halloween?
I saw some house with Halloween decorations up a few weeks ago. We have a pumpkin outside, but that's it so far. We'll do some last-minute stuff, but nothing major. I have two pumpkin flags. One orange, and one teal. I'm going to attempt to have a projector display in one of my windows this year.

I decorate for the fall on Sept 1st, Halloween things get added on Oct 1st, and then on Nov 1st I take Halloween down and just keep the fall things until we decorate for Xmas during Thanksgiving week.

When do you start decorating for Halloween?
I decorate for fall last week of September, add Halloween decorations the second week of October , then Nov 1st or 2nd, take away Halloween and add Thanksgiving.

End of Sept for Halloween. Right after Halloween I start with Christmas. Yes thats right LOL here in NH the Christmas decorations go up super early by lots of people. I love it

Kids started decorating for halloween in September! They do all the decorations themselves so I am happy to let them have at it!

My DH just went in the shed and found a light up jack o lantern so he threw it in the window a few days ago.
If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have even thought of it.
That's the extent of our decorating. I'm not into Halloween at all and we have no place at all to store excessive seasonal decorations for the 11 months they are not in use.

Usually last weekend, but we dropped the ball. Hopefully we'll get it done this weekend.
ETA: We don't decorate for fall/Thanksgiving.

We start decorating for "fall" in mid September once the weather is consistently cooler. Halloween decorations get added in the first week of October.

I buy candy for trick-or-treaters but then Halloween comes and I'm like "ehh, screw those kids" and I eat the candy with all my lights off.
