Re: when do you call the dr with no movement.
How far along are you?
This happened to me about 2 weeks ago (I was 30 weeks then) and I was getting really upset. Usually is a bouncing bean all day long. But this one particular day I hardly felt anything. By the end of the work day though I felt a few little thumps here and there and by the time I went to bed, she was back to her old tricks.
My OB said that it's ok for her to have times when she is less active and that I will know when something is really off.
Have you noticed specific times of day when your LO is most active? Try eating something or drinking some juice and see if that gets it going. You can always call and ask your Dr office if you should be concerned.

Did you try drinking or eating something sweet? They are also less active in the morning generally. I am sure everything is fine!

Everything is probably fine, but I understand your concern. I'm the type who likes to be safe rather than sorry, so why not just give the doctor a call and see what they suggest. It will ease your mind rather than having you sitting there wondering and getting anxious, kwim?

Re: when do you call the dr with no movement.
This happened to my sister in law recently when she was around 36 weeks, she freaked us all out-- Anyway the doctor said it was normal , as the baby gets bigger you wont necessarily feel her moving around as much. BUt ofcourse play it safe and call the doctor.. But dont worry!

I would call just to be on the safe side, but the baby is probably just sleeping. At this point I think they take long naps.
