When do photographers usually do Christmas mini-shoots?
Hello! I'm thinking way ahead here, but wanted to get a general idea of when photographers usually do Christmas mini-shoots?
Like Oct, Nov, Dec?
I am due in Oct with twins, so would like to get Christmas shots done as late as possible so they have time to grow and look a little different after their newborn shoot.

I think it depends on the photographer. Some might not even offer mini shoots.
Im in the same boat as you - twins due mid/late sept.
to be safe - Im hoping to do a mid november shoot for christmas cards. I dont know if im going to double it w their announcement - what do you plan to do?

I'd like to do birth announcements and then a separate holiday card.
I'll have to see if that's just too ambitious once they get here, though!

I had premie twins in sept of last year. They wre due mid Nov. by the time they were home from the nicu we did a birth announcement from the pics we had and did our christmas card also. we ended up mailing them together. I couldnt get my act together to mail them separately.
