When did your LO...
Drop their morning nap? Was it a slow transition where they slept less and less or did they drop it cold turkey?
DD is 7.5 months old and it seems to be dwindling to like 45 minutes...

Re: When did your LO...
DS is 14 months and is down to one nap a day, 2.5 hours in the afternoon. He dwindled to 30 min. at 12 months so last month I just cut it out because it made no sense to me to be stuck at home all morning for 30 min. He adjusted in 1-2 days.

My son was about 18 or 19 months when he dropped to one nap. It was pretty gradual, I just noticed his morning nap getting shorter and shorter. My second son is almost 8 months, and just transitioned down to 2 naps from 3.

Re: When did your LO...
Sore subject in this house. DD is 15 months and currently in the process. I keep trying to fight it, but I think it's hopeless.
ETA: I think 7.5 months is early, DD actually had just went from 3-2 naps at that point. Have you tried pushing the nap up earlier? I don't think 45 minutes is bad if her afternoon nap is longer. I think around that age DD was napping for 2.5 hrs in the am and about 1 hr in the afternoon sometimes 1.5.
