I would say between 6-8 weeks. I felt much more like myself around that time!
Until then - I was a loon.

Honestly...I dont think mine have yet and Im 8 months post partum..Im actually waiting for a call from my doctor regarding some blood work.

How do you really tell what's hormones or extreme fatigue?
I actually got AF today - W T F - didn't expect her being EBF!

My hormones were a mess till about 5 weeks, I got AF 4 weeks PP (mind you, I am BF) and after that I seemed ok. Now its been 5 weeks since AF and Im starting to feel "off" again. I have been extremely tired and very very irritable I was going to call my doc to see what he had to say.
