When did you tell work?
Here is my dillema. I work in a sattelite office. The main offices are out in California. I work with one other girl here in the NY office that I'm not worried about telling when I decide to....My question is when do I tell my bosses who are out in Cali. They will be in NY on May 29th when I'll be right around 10 weeks, i really didn't want to tell them until after the first tri or at least when I'm starting to show...so when do I tell them, bc I didn't want to tell them over the phone, but I just might have too....

I don't think you have to tell them just because they're in town. I would wait until you feel comfortable.

i felt comfortable telling everyone at around 10-11 weeks. my immediate supervisor guessed when i was only 5 weeks because she saw me running the the bathroom to pee every 1/2 hour

I told everyone as soon as I found out @ 4wks even though I have had a m/c before but everyone is different like another poster said before do it when you feel comfortable you dont have to do it when they are here

I waited until after my ultrascreen results to tell work, so at about 13 weeks.

I wouldn't tell them until you feel comfortable. I plan on waiting until the 1st trimester is over.

I told at 10 weeks. And that's because it happened to be our busiest season of the year and I felt like I needed to give them a heads up in case I wasn't able to be 200% productive.

I think I was 5 weeks but I had no intention of telling them until 12 weeks but it did not work out that way. I had a 3 day business trip, I was sick on the plane, drinking decaf in the morning, and not drinking not even a glass of wine with clients so they figured it out pretty quickly.
