When did you switch to level 2 nipples?
I know with my first I think I switched at around 3 months....DD#2 is 6 weeks old and when she drinks she sucks so hard the nipple collapses everytime. I wonder if I should switch to level 2?

Re: When did you switch to level 2 nipples?
I believe my DD was about 4 months when we switched. You could tell she was getting frustrated when she ate using the Level 1's. She was so proficient at sucking and the Level 1's couldn't flow fast enough for her. We switched and she did much better. She's almost 9 months now and she still uses the Level 2 nipples. She's not showing any signs of being frustrated with them so we may never even have to use the fast flow ones.

I believe rule of thumb is every 3 months. I didn't know this rule until about 4 1/2 months.
Also, if they start to show wear they should be replaced ESPECIALLY when DC is teething - you really have to watch them then. HTH

DD was 2.5 months old. She was taking longer and longer to finish her bottles and starting to through tantrums in the middle of a feeding.
