When did you stop using the infant seat?
I dont remember when I switched TJ...I do know Derek is getting so heavy I can barely carry the thing

I will be switching KJ soon and I also switched miki at about 6 months
he is getting TOO heavy for that thing

10 months in my car, 11 in DH's. But we didn't really take it out of DH's car after we installed the convertible one in my truck

We stopped last week. DD is 6 1/2 months and 16 pounds. The seat was just getting too heavy!

Kayleigh grew out of it I think around 9 or 10 months. I switched Ben at 6 months. It was just getting too heavy for me to lift.

Kaitlyn- 11 months.
Madelyn is still in it at almost 9.5 months.

I plan on switching DS next month when he is 6 months and its a bit warmer out. Right now, I like the convenience of having him in the infant seat all bundled up when we go outside...no matter how much it kills my arm.

DS is 4.5 months but over 16lbs. i literally cant lift him anymore so DH has been doing the drop offs and pick ups at daycare. i think we'll keep it this way until its warmer out and i can just carry DS to and from the car and leave the seat in the car. i want to try to keep in him the infant seat as long as possible while driving for safety reasons.

I switched back .. I love this thing.. she is 8 mos but I like carrying the whole thing in and out .. To me straping her and unstrapping her then carrying her in and out is so hard.. I want to keep her in it as long as I can hold it.. she weighs 18lbs

once it started being more of a hinderance to my neck/back. We did it a few weeks ago - em was 8 1/2 months. it stinks though because now she falls asleep and it's not just drop her into the stroller and go - we have to take her out...but you know that already!

DS was 7 months, DD is almost 10 months and still in. We plan on switching her at some point in the next few weeks.

DS was 5 months old
DD was 3 months old (she HATED it)
i wish DD was still in the carrier, even if i wanted to at 7 months 3 weeks she weighs 21 lbs.

If you switched early, what do you do when you go shopping and need to put them in the cart? I know there is no way Ann will fit in a shoppng cart without sliding all around!
But I just got her convertible delivered yesterday and really would like to change it out.
