When did you start wearing your baby? particularly if you had a c/s?

Back still aches from spinal....and I KNOW I should be resting, but I'm so antsy to be doing housework and I figure best way for me to get things done will be if I wear baby.

I started at about 4 weeks with a Rockin Baby Sling, I had a nasty section and felt terrible for weeks and weeks, but I had to take my son out on the school run after about 4 weeks, so it was a godsend for me. I also used one that was like a long scarf, can't remember the name. I watched lots of tutorials on YouTube to get the hang of it.
