When did you start using the Baby Bjorn facing out?
DD likes facing out in the hotsling, but the last time I tried it in the Bjorn she didn't like it. Maybe she's still too young? She's 3 months old, but has pretty good head control.

Funny you asked!!! I used it for the first time this past Sunday when we took Athan to the museum. He is 4 months and 1 week old. HE LOVED IT!!! I had no idea it would be so great for him... I would have broken this thing out SOONER!!! He was all quiet... looking around, turning his head all over the place. I guess for the first time he was able to see what he was heading towards - everything in front of him instead of behind. Pretty cool! I tried it about a month ago, also facing forwards and he wasn't too excited about it then.
