When did you start prenatal yoga?
I'm thinking of going but am only 15 weeks. When did everyone start?

I'd like to start prenatal yoga as well i just don't know of a place in my area. But i think 15 weeks is fine to start! Just double check with your Dr.

I started at 27 weeks only because I couldn't find a place before that.. Dr said it's perfect all throughout the pregnancy.

I started at 10w and did it til like 18w. It's not for me unfortunately. I just couldn't get into it.

im 21 weeks and have been going to regular classes- just not doing all the twists and no cobra.
i plan on starting prenatal this week, but will still go to regular classes, too,
