I think we made the switch at 3months- whatever it said on the package... Try it the worst that happens is they are not ready for it yet, and just hold off another week

We switched at about 10 weeks. I knew DD was ready because she would fall asleep at the bottle every time we'd feed her. I tried the Level 2s and she is able to finish without falling asleep. You'll know if she's not ready if the formula/liquid is leaking out of her mouth when she sucks or she starts choking because it's coming out too quick.

3 months when we went to level 2 my DS is 11 months is one level 3 the 4th one was to fast!!
