I don't remember what I did with DS but I think I waited to long to introduce it twice a day. Right now I give it to her once a day.

With Abby, once she had tried all the cereals for 4 days in a row, I moved that meal to lunch and started cereal/veggies (we don't eat veggies for breakfast anymore, that was just until she had tried them all) to breakfast...so 12 days I guess?

I started at 2 times a day with DS. I couldn't remember either what I did with my 1st but ped said start with 1 tablespoon, two times a day (making it thicker and giving more as they get use to it) so that is what I am doing right now. DS just turned 4 mos and I started at 3.5 mos.

My ped said I could start at 4 months with DD but with DS I had a different ped and she said 6 months. I still did it at 4.5 months with DS because he was eating 40oz of formula a day. I think my ped now goes by weight and her neck control. She doesn't sit up on her own yet (4.5 months old) but if you put her in something with a slight recline she sits really well.
