When DC takes a really late nap...
do you adjust their bedtime and make it later?
I have at times, sometimes it works, other times it's a disaster, so I'm just wondering how it works with your kids.

No- I always put him to bed at the same time. And he still will go to sleep!
I am afraid to make the bedtime later and get into a pattern.

wow! Hmmm...okay!
She woke up close to 5:30 and her bedtime is somewhere between 7 and 7:30...can't imagine! Guess I'll try it.

I never let Emerson sleep past 3:30 even if it means waking her up and she's ALWAYS in bed at 8pm. If she did sleep past 3:30 it would screw up everything.

Umm I go by her. I usually will see how she is acting.
Sometimes I let her stay up an extra half hour of so but not much more.

99% of the time we put her to bed the same time.
she will stay up later in her room, but we don't keep her up, KWIM?

I never let him take a late nap .....If I do I still put him to bed at his normal time 7:30 8 but he will not fall asleep until like 9:30 10 ....so I prefer he does not nap at all....and does his normal 7:30 to 7am

If DS takes a late nap, I never let it go past 6pm & he is in his crib by 7:30-7:45 every night.
