When can children have seafood?
I have salmon out for dinner tonight and just realized I don't know if teddy can have it. TIA

My ped gave us the okay at 1 year. All seafood was okay with the exception of shellfish.
We don't eat shellfish anyway, so it's a non-issue.

I think it depends on the ped - my ped allowed fish at 10 months.

I don't think we ever asked. I don't remember how old Luca was when he had shrimp for the first time, but I think he was probably a little more then a year. I know he was eating clams and mussels at 18 months because I have picture of it. He loves shellfish to this day.
