When am I required to tell work?
I want to wait until after my review, which is at the end of the month. I'll be about 16 weeks...and I can hide pretty well so far 
Am I required to tell them any earlier? That is still over 20 weeks notice.

You aren't "required" to tell them at any time.
When you feel comfortable is when you can tell them..there is no rule that says you need to tell them by a certain number of weeks.

You can tell them when you feel ready to tell them
If you want to wait until after the review - there is no harm in that!!

I did something similar, waited until I was 20 weeks because it was the start of the new year and after 2010 bonus' were decided.
