When a phone interviewer doesnt call
I had a phone interview scheduled today and the interviewer never called. After waiting for over an hour I sent an email to the recruiting manager that set up the interview call and got an out of office message from her. Did I do the right thing in emailing them??

I would have done the same thing. Maybe it was a scheduling error on their part. I hope they call you back!

That's terrible.
I hope an emergency came up but take that into account as you are interviewing the company as much as they are interviewing you ;).
Disorganization and lack of communication is a big old red flag in my book...

I've had an idiot manager completely forget an interview despite getting a reminder on their phone. It happens. I would follow up with a call on Monday.

Ugh! I was all dressed and diving to an interview and they called to postpone, said it was urgent but also sounded like she could meet with me quickly if I couldn't postpone, so not THAT urgent?! I rescheduled but what a bummer and I didn't get the job!

Update ...So Im sitting here waiting for the guy to call me again - he is already 7 mins late 
The recruiter was out last week and never gave him the invite....I dont understand how people like this are able to find jobs and good ones too!!
