Not sure about the Prednisone, but I've taken the Z-pack when I was 8 months PG with no problems.

Z-pack is perfectly safe.
Also, Prednisone is a steroid, I was on Medrol (a steriod) before and after my IVF transfers (as part of my protocol).

Prednisone is safe in pregnancy. The doc would not prescribe if not.

I have taken prednisone before my IVf cycles it it perfectly safe
