What's your favorite moisturizer/face cream, etc
I want to get a friend a good moisturizer or something like that along with a GC to a makeup counter (estee, lancome, whatever) so what do you really love? She's older (over 40) so something good for that would be good too. Although, I don't think I want to get her anything with "anti-wrinkle" on the jar!!

I just started using that stuff. After 26 years  I'm loving Aveda. I started using the moisterizer and cleanser. It's awesome.

L'Occitane makes some great mosturizers.
I've never used anything for facr, but I use their shea butter on my hands & love it & my friend loves their Olive Oil moisturizer for body.
Their is one in the Walt Whitman mall (and a few in Manhattan) & Sephora carries some of their products. You can also order on line.

L'Occitane makes some great mosturizers.
I agree- their hand cream is great and I love their packaging.
I also tend to like skin care stuff from Clinique and Origins.

They have a store in Roosevelt Field.
It's completely pure & natural, they have amazing products.

Creme de la mer is supposed to be excellent but very expensive
Dr. Haushka(sp?)
You can go to sephora tell them what you want and price you want to spend. I found them very helpful

Mario Badescu.. any of there products are fantastic and reasonable. You can get them online, at Nordstrom's or at their spa in the city.
I highly recommend them and many celebrities go there and use the products too....

I use a lot of Shiseido products.
I've been using this every morning and night
Visible Luminizer serum

Jurlique and Dr. Hauschka are AMAZING, but $$$. Right now, I love Cetaphil and it's a bit more in my budget.
