Re: whats the next step...
I can recommend my doc for a family doc.. but with Varicole he is going to need a urologist.
I dont know where in Suffolk you are either.
Cipolla is my doc and is located in Deer Park. He is an internist and for a regular doc he is great. I never have more than a 15 minute wait from the time of my appt.
For the Varicole.. my DH was seeing Dr Shenkin for LI IVF in Melvillle.
Good luck.

Re: whats the next step...
My dh is very severe. Our 2 options are surgery and IVF. with my age.. i just turned 39... surgery is not an option (it has a 6 month healing time). We tried 4 unsuccessul rounds of iui's.. Now i have just started ivf. I should be taking those drugs starting on Friday.
Dh is only 30 and was told that he has had varicole for over 15 years.. We have had 4 SA done and his results did get better.. not great but better.. he was told no to go more than a week with some sort of release and not everyday.. between every 3-5 days.. would give us as optimal spermies as we can get..
if you have any questions at all let me know.. i would give you his SA results but i left them home and am at work now.. but i'll post them if you would like.
