What's the neighbor and tree/bush rule?
We have new neighbors. Moved in in December. Well they have a wood fence around their property. On our side of their fence a bush has grown up... starting from on their side of the fence. THere are also trees hanging into our yard by as much as 5 feet in places. They aren't big trees so when we walk by we hit our heads on the branches. They also have a low fence in the front where the previous owner has this bush type climbing thing which she always trimmed but with the new owners it's like 10 feet high and the climbers are sticking out into our property looking for something to grab onto. I trim them but what's the rule with their trees and bushes onto our property?

Yep! But I would tell them that you're going to cut it first.

Anything hanging over your property is fair game. I would trim the bushes and low lying branches.
If you plan to go up higher on the trees, I would just give your neighbor a heads up that you are doing it.
