What's the deal with eating fish?
DO you eat it? Is so what kind? What should I avoid? My dr. said limit tuna & don't eat sushi. Anything else? is flounder or salmon OK? TIA!

Some fish are high in mercury & bad for the baby. Flounder, salmon, sole, red snapper, scrod & several others are fine. Stay away from tuna, swordfish, & shark. Make sure whatever fish (or beef/poultry/pork) you eat is cooked thoroughly.
