What's the best thing we can take...
for a head cold, just sinus pressure and stuffiness, runny nose and sneezing?

Honestly - I am going through this now - I'm taking nothing - if I dont have a fever, I dont want to take anything - lots of oranges, grapefruit juice, water, hot chocolate, soup, etc... and lots of rest!!!

I keep picking up something and I am having the hardest time getting rid of it!  I HATE taking anything normally so it's even harder now that I'm pregnant

I feel you. I never take OTC drugs, but I had to break down & get Tylenol yesterday

I'm pretty sure you can take Tylenol products, like Tylenol sinius. But check with your doctor.

I had a REALLY bad cold at X-mas and my doc told me I could take regular Sudafed.
