Whats next?
I gave my 5 month old DD a taste of banana and then she tried avocado. What is the next food I can try with her?

Whats next?
I looked at the stage 1 foods sold to get ideas and also wholesomebabyfood.com.
I would probably go for butternut squash though. That was one of the first foods that DD really loved.

I just went through all the Stage 1 foods (in no particular order) then went right into Stage 2 and then table foods around 6 months. (yogurt, cheese, shredded chicken, meatballs, pasta.............anything soft)
There is no one specific food or way to introduce them, it's whatever you're comfortable with.
