What's Left
So AF is pretty much here. I've been spotting lightly since my endo on Thursday and today at 11dpo it has gotten a little heavier and my temp dropped way low this morning.
I'm waiting on the results of the endo, but I have a feeling they, like everything else is going to come back as normal. In which case, I am at a dead end. DH's SA was fine, my bloodwork was fine, I'm definitely ovulating, my progesterone at 5dpo and 7dpo was very good.
I'm getting so disheartened bc now I've replaced my hope of getting a BFP with hope that I can get an answer as to why after over year, I still haven't gotten pregnant. And even that doesn't seem to be happening. I feel like instead of getting closer, I'm being pushed further and further away. My RE said the next step would be an IUI but I don't know what difference that is going to make if we don't even know what the problem is.
What else could it possibly be? I have no symptoms of anything I've read about except for months of BFN's
Any advice?

Re: What's Left
I was where you are now a year ago. Honestly, the frustration of Unexplained Infertility is a horror Every time i took a test, i siliently prayed for SOMETHING to come back. Something to fix. I kept searching for answers that didnt exisit. I finally (after almost 3 years and a bunch of useless IUIs) i had to let go of ever "understanding" it and just had to move on to IVF.
Everyone's journey and dx is different but we all share the emotions of being on this roller coaster, you are not alone.
Although the medical field has made tremendous progress in this field ...no one is God and in the end child birth is a miracle...meds and docs can only bring us so far and only gives us some of the answers. They might not have the answers to our questions yet.
Good luck with whatever choices you make.

Thank you for your wishes and for sharing your experience. Would you mind my asking if you ever had any pregnancies that ended in mc? I'm just having a hard time bc I don't know where exactly the problem is - conception? Implantation? Sustaining? I'm just not sure what good an IUI would be

Re: What's Left
First of all
I just wanted to say that there might be alot more testing you can do than what you might have done with the RE. Ive learned that most RE's do a basic amount of testing but its seems there priority is to get people pregnant not finding out why there arent getting pregnant.
When i saw my regular Endo (for thyroid) she asked what testing i had done and she was shocked at the limited amount of blood tests the RE did. She ordered a bunch more bloodwork - all of which came back ok but i was relieved to know that at least i had more things checked.
As for me, we have male IF but that has been resolved with meds so now we are falling into the unexplained infertility catagory . But i know there is an explanation - we just have to find it. I've decided to see a Napro doctor next month - Napro treats infertility by finding the cause - mainly by a specific intricate way of charting CM and of a massive amount of testing (blood, sonos, etc)
Another option im keeping open is Reproducitve Immunology. I already know that i have several factors considered to be possible issues with RI so i would seek testing there also if i still have no BFP.
Good luck to you

No pregnancies. I am guessing my problem is implantation, which science is not advanced enough to do for me
