What's happened to my good sleeper?!?!
DD is almost 20mos old. She has been a very good sleeper, but the last 2 nights have been a nightmare.
Between taking an hour to fall asleep and night waking I'm exhausted
The last 2 nights between 1-4am she wakes up screaming crying. I wait before just running in to her (we're firm believers in CIO) but when I do go to her room she stands up, I pocket her up and she instantly stops crying- lays her head on my shoulder and hangs out. I put her back down after 5-7 min. But then 20-30 min later she is back up.
Last night she had a full pee-pee diaper and I changed her. But the waking continued.
The only change is she started daycare on Monday and we've had to wake her in the morning, but only by ~1 to 1.5 hrs.
Any ideas/thoughts/suggestions!?!?!
How long is TOO long for CIO??

Not diagnosed, but she has sounded nasally & has runny nose today.
DS (who is 7) does and he's a mess right now.

I posted something similar the other day. We had 2 nights where it took DD over an hour to fall asleep. She was between crying and being restless. On those nights she got up once each night for about a half hour. After those 2 days she has gone back to her usual routine so she's been fine. I am thinking though she could be getting her first year molars though

Starting daycare is a major change. Maybe she is reacting to that.
