I have a healty choice meal in the office freezer but MS is in full force and the only thing that I want that will make me feel better is McDonalds. I might need to run out to pick some up

What's For Lunch?
I have some leftover quinoa, yogurt, cheese and an apple but I need all of that to last until 6, so I might order in depending on my mood. Maybe a nice salad.

peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat with apple slices and a piece of american cheese i have no idea why this combo makes me so happy, but it does. that and whole grain goldfish and it's like i'm born again

I had a boring Salad with Russian Dressing and a Fage yogurt. Anything sounds better than that! I need more options for lunch! Missing my cold cuts!!!
