Tonight is Beef and Cabbage Tortilla wraps.
I found the recipe today and decided to try it out.
Ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
shredded cabbage and carrot mixture (dry coleslaw mix)(I had leftover cabbage from St Pattys day and I just peeled 3 carrots)
6 oz frozen corn
tortillas
Brown the ground beef and onion. Add the shredded cabbage and carrots and the frozen corn. Cook on med heat until the veggies are tender.
Wrap inside tortilla shells.
They are different, but tasty. Even my veggie-resistant DH liked them.

hmm... well heres our plan for this week
TOnight: we both had leftovers from our dinner out last night
Tomorrow night: chicken pot pie
Tuesday night: Breaded pork chops with some roasted red potatoes
Wednesday night: Keilbasa on the grill with a veggie
Thursday night: weight watchers chicken chili in the crockpot
