What's for dinner?
I was thinking about busting out the BBQ and grilling some steaks.......do you think it's warm enough?

Dh always thinks it's warm enough to bust out the grill! We are probably grilling tonight too, just with homemade hamburgers.

Re: What's for dinner?
I'm not in NY so I have no idea - but I know my dad always used to BBQ ... even in the snow!
We're having chicken and mushroom quesadillas with a corn salad and fire-roasted tomato salsa!

Re: What's for dinner?
I grill year round. Steaks are meant for the grill!
We are having steaks on the grill tonight! They are currently being bathed in our favorite marinade (soy, chopped garlic, minced ginger, green onions, olive oil and sesame oil with a pinch of sugar and a dash of Montreal steak seasoning).
We will have them with baked potatoes, sugar snap peas & carrots and a large salad.
