If I had made it , 1 cup would probably be about 6 points ... but we had company and I drank a 1/2 bottle of wine before dinner and then proceeded to eat too much (2cups). Plus DH made it so there was more oil than I would normally do.
Actually I just ran it through the recipe builder: 4 cup cooked whole-wheat macaroni 2 cup canned cannellini beans 5 clove garlic clove(s) red pepper flakes olive oil pam
saute garlic in olive oil pam add cannelini beans with all juice add red pepper flakes simmer
meanwhile cook whole wheat pasta.
When done, toss together.
1 cup = 5 point.
