yesterday i bought fresh mozzerella .. lighlty breaded the cutlets threw some of my homeade balsamic vinagreete on top(which is garlic mustard bv and olive oil) put it on the overn for 15 minutes ...it was great!!

salisbury steak. i just make a couple burgers with ground beef and cook them in the frying pan. when they're done, i dump in a can of beef gravy and let it heat through. i serve it all over egg noodles with a side of green beans

Beef cubes in brown gravy with mushrooms over noodles.
