what would you wear-edited
i have a wedding next weekend. i bought a pretty dress but it makes me feel a little chubby. with it, i bought a pair of gold shoes. i have a gold bag thats a slightly different color gold than the shoes...cant find a better match, though.
i also have a dress that i wore to another wedding 2 years ago (the couple getting married saw me in it,but im sure they dont remember), the dress is still in style. i feel great in it, and its so pretty. all accessories are a go....
what would you do?
if i wear the new dress, is it lame to wear the 2 different golds? i mean, its not Awful, but is it acceptable? dont wanna wind up on the back page of glamour with a black bar across my face

Wear the dress you're comfortable in... otherwise you will be fidgety all night wishing you had worn the other one..

totally agree...having a similar dilemma right now and I think this is what I'm going to do!
Do you still have tags on the new dress? Maybe you can return?

I think mixing the golds is ok, but if you feel better in the other one, wear that!
I had a similar dilemma for tomorrow, and I ended up with the one with better accessories. I like that dress better, but the other one might be more flattering.
