What would you say?
I have an interview today within my company. I am in sales now but not doing so well. Before my job goes into jeopardy I decided to apply for another job within the company in another department. If they ask me why I want to change what is a good answer? I don't want to let them know that I am not doing well in sales(they may know it). I am a good worker and my supervisor agrees. TIA

I would say that I have alwayr=ys really wanted to do the new position I am applying for and as soon as it came available I jumped on it.. If its less money than you are making now and they mention it I would say I am aware of that but I know I would love that position and would be great at it , Its not ALL about the money..
