What would you do?

My iui was cancelled do to a scheduling conflicts so we will try at home!

I got a smiley yesterday and we bded. Now another smiley this morning. Would you bed again tonight or wait until tomorrow. I only ask bc we are dealing with sperm issues. If we weren't I would just bed for a few days in a row.

I'm trying to look at this a s maybe a blessing in disguise even though I'm disappointed that we can't make it to the iui.

Re: What would you do?

First of all...I am so sorry your IUI wan canceledChat Icon How can they do something like that? Don't they understand the urgency of the situation? Or was it you guys that re-scheduled?

To your inquiry...I will Chat Icon again today and skip tomorrow and Chat Icon the following day. If there is a sperm issue his sperm my take less time to die than normal. After doing research on the issue, because we are also TTC, we found out an optimal sperm can live up to 4-5 days in your body. In addition to this fact, the egg released can live between 12-24 hours. Therefore, your fertile period starts approximately 4-5 days prior to ovulation and ends 12-24 hours after ovulation.

I hope this information helps Chat Icon

Thanks for the helpful info! So even though we bded last night you think we should tonight?

I didn't know the sperm may have more time do to an issue..interesting:)

They didn't cancel nor did I. I got the surge last night and my husband is out of town this morning so I couldn't get to the office in time today. Tomorrow the office is closed. Such a bummerChat Icon

It's in Gods hands either way!
