What would be a good price to finish the hard wood floors in three rooms?
Two bedrooms and one small study/office room. TIA!

Aim for under $3/SF and 2-3 coats of poly.
I think I paid about $2.5 per SF to finish my hardwood floor and that includes ripping up the carpet. Considering you can get real wood material installed for about $5/SF, you shouldn't have to pay more than half of that to refinish the hardwood.

call goldstar flooring. they were the most reasonable. we did 2 small bedrooms and a small hallway and it was under $500 and done in one day!!
i have a friend that used another company and had her whole house done for probably somewhere around $2K and it was a 2-3 day process.

Well, we paid $1600 for 1100 square feet for stain and 2 coats. That was a good price from the comparisons I got, and they did a beautiful job.

ITA! I used goldstar floors as well and they did a great job for a great price

I don't know the exact sq footage but we refinished our living room, diningroom, hallway, and 3the bedrooms for about 2,000.
