what type of contractors would I use

Once we close on our house we have a lot of little changes we want to make, but are not handy at all

1.I want to put crown molding in my bedroom after painting

2. Change banister

3. Change doors on bedrooms and closets

I dont know who I would call? A carpenter?

A general contractor or a handyman.
The crown molding and changing the doors sound simple enough for a handyman.
I'm not sure if you need someone special for a banister
