What to use so my feet dont slip out of my shoes?
Can I buy anything to put in my shoes to prevent my feet from slipping out? The shoes felt perfect in the store when I tried them on, but now that I have worn them they seem to have stretched and my heels keep slipping out. TIA

Dr scholls foot gels.. They are at CVS.. The best investment I have ever made in my life on shoes. I now put them in every high heel i own.

They have these adhesive grip things that you peel the backing off and stick to the inside of the back of the shoe- helps your foot grip.
They work great... I think all shoe stores sell them

you can get them at cvs, rite aid etc
